About Consultation
The purpose of this consultation is to invite views on how we take forward the primary duty to further the resilience objective, which we gained through the Water Act 2014. Resilience is important in the water and wastewater sector because customers, society and the environment rely on the services it provides, and will continue to rely on them as risks and pressures change.
