About Consultation
The UK government has asked Ofwat to provide an assessment by summer 2016 of the costs and benefits of extending retail competition to household water customers. This note provides all stakeholders with further information about the way that we intend to undertake the review, the areas of focus, key milestones and how we intend to engage with stakeholders during the review.
