ESP Water Limited has applied for a new appointment to provide water and sewerage services for a site called Bracks Farm, Bishops Auckland. ("the Site")

ESP Water Limited has published a notice under section (8)(2)(6) of the Water Industry Act 1991, stating that it has applied for an appointment to be the water and sewerage provider for the Site, in place of Northumbrian Water Limited, the existing water and sewerage company for the Site.
