As the economic regulator of water and wastewater in England and Wales, our role is to enable, incentivise and hold water companies to account for providing the very best for customers, society and the environment now and in the future. Our Grads are part of that future! Our jam-packed 2 year programme provides the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working together to deliver of our ambitious strategy and improving life through water.

Applications are open now with a closing date of 23:59 on 28 February 2021.

Due to the number of applications and interest we receive for our graduate programmes we reserve the right to close applications prior to the deadline, therefore if you are interested please apply as soon as possible.

We will progress shortlisted candidates to video interview based on the successful completion of the online application form and meeting key criteria. This will take place around late February.

Those successful at the video interview will be asked to complete online verbal and numerical testing around early March, and all recruitment process stages will be analysed when shortlisting those candidates to be invited to attend a one-day virtual assessment centre week commencing 22 March 2021. Joining instructions and further information for the virtual assessment centre will be issued to successful candidates.

Offers will be made in early April and the programme starts 6 September 2021.
