Ofwat is consulting on a proposal to grant Anglian Water a variation to its appointment to enable it to provide water services to a site called Woods Meadow in Oulton.
Please note this is a revised consultation notice which refers to Northumbrian Water instead of Essex & Suffolk Water.
The original consultation, which was published on 19 November 2012 (see a link here), stated that Anglian Water was being appointed as the water undertaker for the Site in place of Essex & Suffolk Water plc when it should have said in place of Northumbrian Water (trading as Essex & Suffolk Water).
Please note the original consultation period remains. The closing date is 17 December 2012.
