Touchpoints during onboarding

Once you’ve accepted our offer, our onboarding team will issue your conditional contract and support you during your onboarding journey. They’ll be in touch regularly before you join. There will be a range of pre-start checks to complete – these usually take two-three weeks to complete. Once these are finalised your unconditional contract is issued and induction plan shared.

Day one will always be onsite, and you’ll be greeted by your People Leader.  We’ll make sure you get familiarised with a building tour, get you set up with your IT kit, and you’ll have opportunities to meet your team.

We’ve got a comprehensive induction programme accessible through our induction app which serves as a great reference point for all the useful information you’ll need to know.  Over the course of your first few weeks you’ll participate in a range of development via the app to get you set up for success.
