We have an engagement score of 72%, placing us as one of the Civil Service’s highest performing organisations.  90% of our people said they believe Ofwat respects individual differences (for example, culture, backgrounds, working styles, ideas etc)

Ofwat’s people work flexibly, and you will have the chance to work both at home and in the office. We know that hybrid working empowers our people to manage their own time, fostering a healthy work-life balance and boosting health and wellbeing while maintaining productivity.  Each of our teams have developed a Team Charter which agrees how they will work in a hybrid environment. Hybrid working allows our people flexibility however also requires us to consider how we can work with and support others. Everyone agrees the balance of home/office-based working with their People Leader.
