Icosa Water Services Limited has published a notice under section 8(2)(b) of the Water Industry Act 1991 stating that it has applied for a variation to its appointment to be the wastewater provider at a site called the Monksbrook Estate, Cheriton Road in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
