The scope of this report is to comment on the operational delivery of C-MeX (measure of residential customers experience) and the qualitative component of D-MeX (developer services measure of experience), to provide an overall summary of results, scores, and rankings across the three years of delivery, as well as to offer insight and analysis based on the data. Both measures incentivise water companies to provide an excellent customer experience for residential and developer services customers in England and Wales.
