This report sets out important information about vulnerable household customers in England and Wales who are at risk of not being able to afford their water and sewerage bills (that is, they have ‘water affordability’ issues); and failing to pay their bill to their water company, or stick to an agreed payment plan, by the date that it is due (that is, they are in ‘water debt’).
