Since the opening of the business retail water market in April 2017, around 1.2 million businesses customers in England and eligible business customers in Wales have been able to choose their supplier of retail water and wastewater services. Since market opening, we have each year published a 'State of the market' report to review market developments and, in particular, how and to what extent the market is delivering for customers. This PowerBI report is an update regarding the sixth year of the market (April 2022 to March 2023) and replaces our usual 'State of the Market' report.
