CCW, the statutory consumer organisation which represents the interests of water and sewerage consumers in England and Wales, and Ofwat, the economic regulator of the water and wastewater sectors in England and Wales, jointly commissioned Savanta to undertake this research to develop insights on consumers' knowledge, actions and behaviour to inform communications and policy work. This is data from online survey with 507 respondents in Wales. Fieldwork conducted 23 November-14 December 2021.
