The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) hereby consents to United Utilities Water Limited (the "Appointee") commencing the procurement of a designated DPC Delivered Project. This consent is given under paragraph U4 of the Appointee's Instrument of Appointment ("Appointment").
