This guidance sets out the arrangements for ensuring that eligible customers in a retail exit area can secure a retail supplier following the exit of an undertaker from the business, charity and public sector retail market. These arrangements are referred to as the ‘Direction to Supply arrangements’ and will only to apply to business, charity and public sector customers. This guidance reflects the outcome of our consultation on the arrangements in August 2016.
