The monitoring financial resilience report sets out the regulator’s analysis of the relative performance and financial strength of the water and wastewater companies in England and Wales. It is based on information that companies published in their annual performance reports for the 2015-16 financial year in July 2016 and their responses to additional questions that Ofwat asked them about their published data. We updated page 18 of the report on 14 December 2016.
