Following the outcome of the review of credit arrangements in July 2018, we wrote to wholesalers and associated retailers seeking assurance that where there were intra group credit arrangements in place that this (and subsequent price offerings by associated retailers) was in compliance with their respective obligations under competition law. In the interests of transparency, we are publishing this letter for all market participants to see.
