We are asking Retailers to complete an RFI Excel spreadsheet (provided separately to this document) with cost and other relevant data, and an additional narrative document (Word or .pdf format) containing where relevant descriptions and/or further explanation of assumptions and bases for the data and information provided. This guidance document provides a guide to completing the RFI spreadsheet, including definitions relating to costs and cost drivers, and tab by tab instructions.
