On 12 December 2023 Ofwat opened a public consultation on the second tranche of proposed revisions to the Customer Protection Code of Practice (CPCoP), the Code that sets minimum standards for Retailers in their interactions with customers. We hosted a public webinar on 15 January 2024 to provide an opportunity to summarise our proposals and answer clarificatory questions from interested stakeholders. This document sets out a summary of stakeholder questions that were raised and Ofwat's response.
