This document sets out our final decisions on the reconciliation for Wessex Water Services Limited (Wessex Water) for the 2019-20 charging year. In September 2020, we published our PR19 blind year draft proposals in Wessex Water - Adjusting for actual performance in 2019-20: Blind year adjustment (the PR19 blind year draft proposals). This chapter presents an overview of the approach we have taken in developing, consulting, and reaching a final position on our PR19 blind year final decisions.
