Ofwat’s Chief Regulation Officer Sonia Brown tells water companies there is scope for bills to fall as much as £45 in real terms between 2015 and 2020. The reduction would come through a combination of efficiencies delivered through Ofwat’s price setting and the lower costs of borrowing.
