Representations received on our PR19 draft determinations

For our 2019 price review, each water company sent us its business plan in September 2018 and we published our draft determinations during 2019.

We received representations from a variety of organisations on our draft determinations – listed in the table below.

We have grouped responses according to the organisation putting forward their representation. Some organisations responded according to the status of fast track, slow track or significant scrutiny status we awarded companies during our draft determinations.
