For WRMP14 as a statutory consultee we made representations to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs or Welsh ministers on companies’ draft plans. We carried out a high-level review of the processes described in each company’s plan against the requirements of the Water Resources Planning Guideline.
The views we expressed were without prejudice to any subsequent decisions that we made in connection with the business plans that companies provided to us in 2013 as part of the 2014 price review.
