This report sets out a range of highly detailed evidence to quantify the appropriate net adjustment that Economic Insight consider should be made to Yorkshire Water’s allowed cost to serve within the retail household control relating to input price pressure.
This report contains a number of redactions which we are currently considering against the criteria provided to companies in Giles Stevens’ letter of 22 August 2014. We aim to complete this exercise on Tuesday 30 September and will publish a revised version of the report if any of the redactions do not satisfy our criteria. Although the redactions to the report may change we wanted to ensure that companies receive the document as soon as possible in order to inform their representations on the draft determinations.
