Severn Trent Water – To 2025 and beyond

Severn Trent Water were one of only three companies to have their business plan for 2020-25 fast tracked by Ofwat in its 2019 price review. They have set a new standard for the sector.
Among the highlights, by 2025, the company will:
- cut bills by 5% before inflation
- reduce leakage by 15%
- invest £107 million to improve the water supply grid
- resolve 95% of complaints about low water pressure first time
- improve 2,259 kilometres of rivers
- improve 1,090 hectares of land
- invest £419 million to improve the environment
