About Water Stories
Ofwat is the independent economic regulator of water companies in England and Wales. We need to make sure people have trust and confidence in water by securing reliable, resilient and affordable services.
For people to have trust and confidence in water, we need to understand what people think about water as a public service.
In Water Stories, we are listening to customers directly, and finding out what they think about water. We will use these stories to develop a new narrative which will, in turn, be used to drive Ofwat policy and sector behaviour.
