Reservoir
What is Reservoir?
Reservoir is a web based portal that allows integrated collection of data from water companies in England and Wales. Reservoir replaced previously MS Access based systems to collect annual returns data in 2007. Since then Reservoir has collected further annual and periodic review returns plus has integrated a financial and tariff basket model.

Obtaining a copy of Reservoir
Reservoir is built using open source technologies. The source code for Reservoir is available (see related documents). Installation of this source code will give interested parties access to the software functions that Reservoir uses. The source code does not contain any water company data. Users would need to input datasets into the system to fully understand the system's functionality.
