In this note we provide Customer Challenge Group (CCGs) with an “aide memoire” of the following information: 1. The role of CCGs at the 2019 price review (PR19) as explained in the May 2016 Customer Engagement Policy Statement and Expectations for PR19 (the “Customer Engagement Policy Statement”); 2. How we will take account of CCG independent assurance reports at the 2019 Price Review (PR19); and 3. The sections of Delivering Water 2020: Our final methodology for the 2019 price review (the “Final Methodology”) that are most relevant to CCGs.
