Our vision is to make the greatest contribution possible to improving life through water.
We worked with the sector to create a new vision, engaging with many stakeholders over a number of months. You can visit our microsite to find out more.
Three themes emerged from our conversations:
- First, the importance of the sector delivering everyday excellence. These are essential services and customers’ growing and changing demands should be met.
- Second, long-term stewardship of the environment, assets and relationships with customers.
- Third, the importance for the sector to add value – that means value for money to customers, but it also means companies delivering value for communities and the environment.
All of these themes are embedded into our strategy, and from here we created our vision of improving life through water, which is at the heart of all we do.
