On 17 October 2019, we granted a variation to the appointments of South East Water Limited (“South East Water”), and Severn Trent Services (Water and Sewerage) Limited ("Severn Trent Services", trading as Severn Trent Connect), as water undertakers. This variation was granted in respect of a site in Basingstoke called Aurum Green ("the Site"), following consultation from 23 July 2019 to 2 August 2019. On 30 November 2021, we reissued the original variation notice in respect of the above variation to reflect the termination of Severn Trent Services' appointment as a water undertaker as it no longer serves any sites for water. This notice gives our reasons for reissuing the variation notice.
