Jenny was appointed as Ofwat’s General Counsel in September 2016 and is also Ofwat’s Board Secretary. With over 25 years’ experience as a specialist in competition law and economic regulation, Jenny has worked in private practice and the public sector. She joined us from Pinsent Masons. Jenny trained with Simmons & Simmons and was a partner for 10 years before joining Postcomm as Legal Director. Jenny was also a legal advisor with the UK Competition Commission (now part of the CMA).
