About Consultation
We are consulting on potential changes to our new connection charging rules. As part of our price review 2024, we are deregulating certain aspects of developer services. This consultation is about proposed complementary measures that will: offer protection to customers for whom market choice is limited; refine how companies set their infrastructure charges; and enable implementation of environmental incentives. We are also consulting on the draft wording of our charging rules.

This is a longer than normal consultation period because companies are preparing their PR24 business plans for early October and responding to our earlier consultations.
