Aquateca Limited (“Aquateca”), a registered company with company number 4439303, whose contact address is at 1st Floor Block C, The Wharf, Manchester Road, Burnley, BB11 1JG, has applied for a water supply licence and a sewerage licence (“WSSL”).
On 26 March 2020, Aquateca applied for a water supply licence and sewerage licence with the following authorisations:
- Retail authorisation (water)
- Retail authorisation (sewerage)
If granted, this will enable Aquateca to provide retail services to eligible premises within the water retail market.
How to respond
Any person who wishes to make representations or objections with respect to the application should do so in writing (which includes by email) to Ofwat at Centre City Tower, 7 Hill Street, Birmingham, B5 4UA or by emailing [email protected].
Representations must be received by Ofwat no later than 17.00 hours on 8 June 2020.
