About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Independent Water Networks Limited (“Independent Water Networks”) as a sewerage company and varying the appointment of Northumbrian Water Limited (“Northumbrian Water”) as a sewerage company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
