About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Leep Networks (Water) Ltd (“Leep Networks”) as a water and sewerage company and varying the appointment of United Utilities Water Limited (“United Utilities”) as a water and sewerage company.
This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
