About Consultation
We propose granting a variation of appointment to Independent Water Networks Limited as a water and sewerage company and varying the appointment of Anglian Water as a water company. This notice is a consultation on this proposal under section 8(3) of the Water Industry Act 1991 (“WIA91”).
Independent Water Networks Limited has applied for a variation to its appointment to be able to provide water services to a site called Norwich Road, Swaffham (“the Site”). The Site is in the water services area of Anglian Water. If granted, Independent Water Networks Limited will provide water services to 181 households. Independent Water Networks Limited proposes to provide water services to the Site by way of a bulk supply and discharge agreements.
