About Consultation
This request for stakeholder views is on how charges are set for developer services provided by the Welsh water and wastewater companies. We are considering options for developing new rules that would govern how these companies would set their charges for developer services. In order to develop these rules, we are looking for the views of stakeholders such as developers and self-lay providers on any issues they may have with the current approach for charging for these services and any changes they may want to see in the future.
Where to send submissions
We welcome your views on the questions in our request for stakeholder view by 30 September 2020.
We will then consider the responses and publish a draft version of what the new rules may look like later in the year.
