About Consultation

This document sets out, for consultation, our initial proposals concerning the second tranche of changes to the CPCoP. This consultation is not a formal Change Proposal under the current Governance arrangements set out in Section 5.1.1 of the CPCoP; given the complexity and importance of the issues covered in this document, we intend to treat this consultation as an opportunity for us to consult on our current thoughts with stakeholders and, where necessary, to gain further information and evidence to inform our thinking. We
will carefully consider all consultation responses before issuing any finalised Change Proposals under Section 5.1.1 of the CPCoP.
