In June 2021, we set out our proposals for how the revenues and/or cost savings arising from energy generation within the bioresources control should be allocated across price controls going forwards. We also requested stakeholders’ views on the need to issue guidance on the allocation of odour control costs. This document contains our final decision on these matters, as well as industry feedback on the proposals and our response to this feedback.
