Ofwat has prepared this report as part of the legal requirement to publish our gender pay gap on an annual basis. The report also includes ethnicity pay gap data which is provided voluntarily. The production and analysis of Gender Pay Gap (GPG) and Ethnicity Pay Gap (EPG) figures supports our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) strategy and our commitment to creating an environment where colleagues feel comfortable being themselves and bringing their whole self to work. This report includes details of the plans we have in place to proactively address our gender and ethnicity pay gaps.
