This report has been commissioned by the Regulators’ Alliance for Progressing Infrastructure Development (RAPID) to help understand the current and future opportunities for increasing the availability and sharing of water resources that take account of the wider regional and national interest. The aim of the project is to ensure that a full range of strategic water resources options is explored and considered in order to provide the best value and benefit to society as a whole now and in the future.
