This is a simple tool to enable companies to provide information on the movement in bills from PR19 to PR24 with their business plans. The model estimates the key drivers of bill movements between the two price control periods. Two files have been published – an Excel version of the model at the link below) and an Openbox version. Companies should submit an Excel version with their business plan.
