We have agreed to a change request from Severn Trent Water in relation to the green recovery - decarbonising water resources programme. We considered the change request proposal and supporting evidence in the context of the expectations in the final decision document. Based on the evidence provided, the revised scheme should provide an outcome that is similar or better than the original proposal. This change results in the delivery of additional capacity to be provided solely from Church Wilne water treatment works. The addendum provides more details on the updated measuring delivery and reporting requirements for the Church Wilne scheme and supersedes Table A1.10 in A1.2.4 Decarbonising water resources of the original July 2021 final decision
