This change relates only to the housekeeping error that has been identified in the approved decision for CPW085, specifically to the elements of CSD 0301 as detailed in the Change Proposal. The substantive elements of CPW085 are to be incorporated into the Bilateral Hub via implementation of CPW070g, which also sets out the rationale and relevant implementation dates.
