In August 2013 the water and sewerage and water only companies in England and Wales sent us information to help us to prepare for the 2014 price review (see IN13/05 August submission data requirements). Companies sent us further information in August 2014.
The water and sewerage companies completed tables 1 to 7 and the water only companies completed tables 1, 2 and 7 on their cost and activity information. All companies also provided information on their customer service performance table 8.
Following our quality assurance process this is the final data used to inform our cost assessment models for all companies’ for the 2014 price review.
