This research report is the fourth in our cost of living series and looks at the experiences of water bill payers in England and Wales.
It focuses on how bill payers are managing financially and the extent to which they are struggling with daily costs. It then looks at the impact this has on people’s wellbeing and day-to-day experiences.

The research was carried out by Savanta between 9 and 23 October 2023.
