About Consultation
The document sets out our proposed amendments to the conditions of appointment (‘licence’) of Portsmouth Water Limited (‘Portsmouth Water’) and Southern Water Services Limited (‘Southern Water’). The proposed amendments are to facilitate the delivery of the Havant Thicket reservoir, which is being built by Portsmouth Water to facilitate a water transfer to Southern Water under a Bulk Supply Agreement.
