Technical information
About companies
*We previously published outcome delivery incentive rates for Bristol Water. The CMA in its final determination for the Bristol Water appeal decided that “the cost sharing incentive for Bristol Water should be 50% for the price control period from 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2020.” This means that the ODI rates in the company-specific appendix will apply.

CMA referral
Companies can choose whether to accept our final determination, or ask us to refer it to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for review. All but one company accepted our final determination. Bristol Water asked for its final determination to be referred. And we have done this.
The process is now taken forward by the CMA who will open Bristol’s final determination. Updates on the case, including our opening statement, are available from the CMA.
