Our Out in the Cold report found that companies didn’t co-ordinate well with each other, and struggled to effectively source and distribute alternative water supplies.
So, it’s positive that companies are starting to work better together to share water and supplies, and we encourage this to continue.
Some companies have made a point to increase staff when incidents occur, and focus on making sure their strategies are fit for purpose in rural areas. It’s important that all companies continue to consider actions to assist with extra pressures.
