Water companies have published information showing customers how they are performing against a range of indicators during 2012-13. This is the second year they have reported information in this way, following our decision in 2012 to change the way that companies report so that they can communicate to customers more effectively.
Companies reported that they generally delivered good levels of service to most consumers in 2012-13. Yet there are areas they need to improve, in particular sewer flooding and pollution incidents.
In the table below we summarise the information that each company published in July 2013 about its performance against their key indicators. You can find out more about the companies’ performance – and whether we are taking any action – by clicking on the links on the left-hand side.
You can find more information about the performance of your local water and sewerage or water only company on their website. If you cannot find this information you should speak to your company.
