Companies' performance 2013-14

Water companies have published information showing customers how they are performing against a range of indicators during 2013-14. This is the third year they have reported information in this way, following our decision in 2012 to change the way that companies report so that they can communicate to customers more effectively.

Companies reported that they generally delivered good levels of service to most consumers in 2013-14. Yet there are areas they need to improve, in particular sewer flooding and pollution incidents.

In the table below we summarise the information that each company published in July 2014 about its performance against their key indicators.

You can find more information about the performance of your local water and sewerage or water only company on their website. If you cannot find this information you should speak to your company.

In August 2013 the water and sewerage and water only companies in England and Wales sent us information to help us to prepare for the 2014 price review (see IN13/05 August submission data requirements). Companies also submitted data in August 2014.
